We are looking for an experienced Head – Rubber Technology with strong expertise in automotive rubber compounding, formulation development, and R&D leadership. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of elastomer materials and hands-on experience in developing and controlling rubber compounds for automotive applications such as seals, gaskets, hoses, bushings, mounts, dampers, and molded/extruded components. The role involves leading R&D,supervising compounding and mixing operations, ensuring batch consistency, complying with OEM standards, improving compound performance, and driving cost and process optimization.
