- To implement Quality Systems as per company QMS,
or as applicable and TPM.
- To implement safe working conditions and practices so as to
achieve zero accidents consistently.
- To monitor and control consumption of maintenance spares, cost
of labour, repairing and services per unit of production within
planned limits.
- To maintain correct records and reports related to maintenance
dept.
- To periodically propose improvement projects in process,
technology, equipment, LCA and factory environment.
- Ensure timely training of operatives and staff as per plan to
acquire read skill levels.

required candidates:Candidate Must have good knowledge of MF Induction Furnace, EOT
crane, Sand Moulding machine, Heat treatment F/C, Shot Blast M/C,
casting cooling conveyor, HT and CT electrical, Sand plant.
